Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation

In April 2008, I was honored to be a part of the Raritan Bay Medical Center Spring Exhibit located in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The funds raised from this exhibit benefits the Wilentz Oncology wing of the hospital.

The opening reception was a wonderful experience for me, and it was made possible through my dear friend, Bea Braswell.  She introduced me to the Development Director, Gina Mancini at the Raritan Bay Medical Center Foundation. I was thrilled to be asked to have my artwork exhibited at this event. Most of the artist were local to the Perth Amboy area.

Opening night, I was fortunate to have my daughters, Anona and Anieka, my husband, my sister and with my in-laws there to share in my excitement.

It was my mother who nurtured my inner creative spirit as a young child. When she came to the exhibit, I saw the smile and admiration in her eyes. My mother has always been my inspiration in my artwork and in my personal life.

I want to give thanks my wonderful husband, Paul, without his support and encouragement, I would not have been ready for this exhibit.

Since 2008, I have been invited back several times to partake in this wonderful Art Exhibit which runs from April to June.
